I bless the day 10 years ago when I found Rachel. Hindered by a strong hoarding instinct I had abandoned attempts to clear my home that was stacked high with clutter. Rachel came round and assessed the situation, she was friendly, obviously honest, knew her business and was entirely non judgemental. So it proved as we worked together gently but efficiently at my pace. It was surprisingly enjoyable - and she took away my unwanted stuff for free! Today I can keep myself mostly clutter free and have space to breath.

My paperwork was out of hand, I could no longer find anything and the running of my home had completely broken down. I kept meaning to sort it out but the longer I left it the harder it became to face. Rachel wasn’t phased by the disorder that I was in. She quickly applied simple structures into both sorting the problem out and setting up a system that I could stick to in the future. I hadn’t realised how stressful it was living in this way. I can now find what I need, when I need it.
